Beer and beef on display as New England stakes claim as food region

A beer with a BBQ can be a match made in heaven, but in the New England region of New South Wales, two local producers have gone a step further. Showcased along with other producers from the region at the Seasons of New England market and dining day in Uralla, butcher Dale Goodwin says his brewery sausages are a hit.
