Sometimes it seems the only thing missing from a perfect meal is the perfect beer. A Manassas restaurant wants to test that theory Wednesday, Dec. 17. Monza, 9405 Battle St., will host a Dogfish Head Brewery Beer Dinner starting at 6:30 that night, paring Dogfish Head beers with the restaurants fall-inspired menu.
