About four years ago, brewer John Svoboda had trouble pushing all of his Peanut Butter Porter though the taps at The B.O.B. Now, Svoboda is getting daily requests to reserve a growler of a nutty beer that's helping raise the profile of Beer City USA's oldest downtown brewpub. "Word of mouth has been tremendous for us," said Svoboda, a former science teacher who spends his days tending the 15-barrel system at B.O.B.'s Brewery , located in the basement of The B.O.B. multi-venue entertainment complex in Grand Rapids.
