Celebrate Colorado Craft Beer Week With Dry Dock Brewing Company

AURORA, CO— Dry Dock Brewing Company is hosting a week full of events at each of its locations to celebrate Colorado Craft Beer Week, including a beer and cheese pairing with The Truffle Cheese Shop, a lineup of specialty firkins featuring ingredients from Colorado craft companies, and a special tapping of Dry Dock and Steamworks Brewing’s Collaboration Fest beer.

Collaboration Fest 2016

On Saturday, March 19, don’t miss Dry Dock and Steamworks Brewing’s collaboration, the Steam Dock Trans-Continental (Divide) Lager. It’s a twist on the Steamworks Colorado Kolsch brewed with Hallertau Blanc and Mandarina Bavaria hops, and Colorado honey. Didn’t get tickets in time to Collaboration Fest? Try the Steam Dock Trans-Continental (Divide) Lager at South Dock, located at 15120 E. Hamden Avenue in Aurora, on Saturday, March 19. The beer will tap at noon.

Beer and Cheese Pairing

South Dock will welcome back the Truffle Cheese Shop on Monday, March 21 at 6:30 pm for a beer and cheese pairing. This event includes four beer pours and four cheeses for $25. Tickets are available at the South Dock tasting room.

Colorado Craft Firkins

South Dock will tap a daily firkin that features ingredients sourced from the following Colorado craft companies.

Tuesday, March 22 – Raspberry Imperial Stout feat. Ticklebelly Desserts

Wednesday, March 23 – Vanilla Chamomile Gruit feat. Celestial Seasonings

Thursday, March 24 – Wild Cantilena Tripel feat. Coda Coffee

Friday, March 25 – Jalapeno Honey Five Spice Vanilla Porter feat. The Real Dill

Saturday, March 26 – Pomegranate-Orange Blossom Apricot feat. Backyard Soda Co. (South Dock) and Green Chile Double IPA feat. Sam’s No. 3 (North Dock – 2801 Tower Road, Aurora, CO 80011)

Beer Can Collectibles Show at South Dock

Check out vintage brewery collectibles at this showcase in the South Dock barrel room. The Brewery Collectibles Club of America will be here from 11am to 2pm.
