Sour Beers of Summer

Summer is here and the memories of enjoying a refreshing puckering glass of ice cold lemonade after a long day of play are coming back. Now that we’ve all grown up, why not satisfy that seasonal craving for the satisfying sour bite with one of a unique set of beer styles that are quickly growing in popularity. Generally referred to as sour beers, these tart beers are brewed with wild yeast and a mix of friendly bacteria that help create their acidic, tart characteristics.

Our friends at Yard House are featuring a wide range of sour beers on the Chalkboard Beers Series for you to enjoy through the Summer months. And if you’re still apprehensive about trying a sour beer, not only are they delicious, but now you can unlock a brand new badge. Check-in to three (3) different sour style beers (accepted categories: Sour Ale, American Wild Ale, Lambic, Gose, Berliner Weisse, Flanders Red Ale, Flanders Oud Bruin, Gueuz, Faro) while at any Yard House location June 6th - July 4th and the “Sour Beers of Summer” badge is yours! Be sure to add Yard House as your location for the check-in to count toward your badge.

Check out your nearest Yard House’s full menu here and be sure to connect on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for more.
