Hop & Brew School is an annual event hosted by Yakima Chief – Hopunion LLC (YCH) in the Yakima Valley of Washington state. The second session of the event invites homebrewers and beer enthusiasts to dive deeper into all-things hops, including seminars from industry greats, tours of the YCH processing facilities and trips to the hop farms where our favorite little green cones are cultivated.
The entire experience is an eye-opening look at the magnitude of the hop industry and instills strengthened appreciation for everything the hop farmers of America endure to bitter our favorite commercial beers and stock our homebrew shops.
