“At the end of the day, you can almost always end up with some kind of beer that you’re still going to drink. It’s really hard to make a beer that you won’t drink,” [Justin Babcock] said with a laugh.
What happens when a group engineers decide they want to make beer?
In the case of Virginian homebrewer Justin Babcock and his friends, the Brewers in the Eastern Shore Region (B.I.E.R.) homebrew club was formed. In almost two years time, the club has since grown into a support system and educational resource for other Delmarva peninsula homebrewers and beer drinkers.
