Milwaukee Brewing Co., won a gold medal this month for its Louie's Resurrection , a bourbon barrel-aged amber ale. Louie's Resurrection took first in the strong, double Imperial dark beer category at the Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beers competition held annually in Chicago.
