Advancing through committee, Senate Bill 452 seeks to allow a brewpub to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises and off-premises consumption and would create a license allowing limited production breweries to produce beer and operate a restaurant on their licensed premises and sell their beer at the brewery and restaurant.
