Taproom at Monte’s Opens Saturday, June 5

Dan and Monique Ruiz, owners of Monte’s Sub Shop, announced today the grand opening of the Taproom at Monte’s. The Taproom at Monte’s will officially open on Saturday, June 5 at 12:00pm and will highlight rotating taps of craft and local beers from all over North America. The full Monte’s Sub Shop menu will be available for purchase as well as a special late-night menu featuring smaller bites.

“We are excited to officially announce the grand opening of the Taproom at Monte’s,” said Dan Ruiz. “We want the Taproom to be family-friendly hangout where you can come and enjoy some of your favorite craft beers, grab some fresh local food, and catch up with friends.”

The Taproom at Monte’s will have pints, half pours, and flights available for purchase. Some of the beers on tap for opening week include 21st Amendment’s Hell or High Watermelon Wheat, Deep River Black IPA, Horny Goat Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter, and Pisgah Pale Ale. The taproom will also have the occasional pint nights, live music, and an expanding collection of board games and cards. The Ruizes want a relaxing vibe to be the consistent feature of this newest addition to the craft beer scene.

The Taproom at Monte’s is located at 2024-H Asheville Hwy in Hendersonville, right next door to Monte’s Sub Shop. Hours for the Taproom at Monte’s will be Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 9:00pm and Saturday from 12:00 to 10:00pm.
