We agree with our friends at Food52 that the holidays don’t have to be all about the food. In fact, it’s all about the beer. An afternoon of brewing beer is at least as appropriate as baking pies, playing games and going for a chilly winter walk.
Making beer at home will end up being one of the best things you do all weekend. Your house will smell like fresh bread for hours, you get plenty of time to talk, laugh and drink beer, and you’ll have gifts for 40 of your family and friends (except your weird uncle).
