Chuckanut Brewery and Kitchen, located at 601 West Holly St., Bellingham, WA thanks all their employees, families, friends, and fans by closing and honoring Thanksgiving on Thursday November 26. Chuckanut will be open regular hours on Wednesday November 25th 11am to 9 pm for food, beverages, growler fills and bottle/keg sales.
Chuckanut Brewery’s Kitchen will open again on Black Friday, Nov. 27th with the tapping of Aged Chuckanut Baltic Porter. This lager tastes of roast malt with hints of dark sugar and fruity flavors. As a high alcohol lager Chuckanut chose to age a few kegs the entire year to enhance the flavors and deepen its rich taste. The Baltic Porter has an alcohol content of 7.7% but is dangerously smooth to drink. Because there are only a few kegs that were aged the beer will only be available by the glass in the Kitchen. If you have friends and relatives visiting from out of town and want to bring them to Chuckanut reservations for parties of six or more please are possible by calling 360-752-3377.
Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen, located at 601 West Holly St, was awarded the National Small Brewpub/Brewer of the Year 2009 and National Small Brewery/Brewer of the Year 2011 at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, CO.
